The flat was purchased as a 2.5 BHK showing area 80 sq mtr on agreement, which didn't include very large balconies of almost 300 sq ft. We have amalgamated the balconies and converted it into a 3.5 BHK flat, but with 1 attached and 1 common toilet only in the flat, and area is approx 1200 sq ft, after amalgamating the balconies. The building is next to Aditya Birla World Academy, Gamadia Colony and has 15 floors with 43 members. My flat is overlooking the East & North Sides. We have 2 parking slots on the Podium level. The Society has a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and lawn area and visitors parking. My expectation is around 7 Cr
